Situated in Terminal 3’s Concourse A, the lounge is easily accessible via the airport’s AirTrain. After disembarking, clear signage guides you to the lounge entrance. This facility is primarily available to Emirates Business Class passengers and Emirates Skywards Silver members. Additionally, Aeroplan 50K, 75K, and Super Elite members traveling on Emirates or Air Canada flights from Dubai can access the lounge with one guest.​

While primarily reserved for eligible Emirates passengers, the lounge also offers paid access for economy and premium economy travelers at approximately US$160 for a four-hour stay.
